Rates Increases:
Post and Beam over 5 board feet per linear foot is + 25%
Over-length referring to boards 15’ up to 25.5’ is + 25%
Oversized + over-length cuts up to 25.5’ is + 50%
Extra over length + over size 26’-40’ is + 100%
Dimensions & Costs
Dimensions and species determine the cost of the products. The longer the board at larger dimensions make for a higher rate due to log sizing and cost.

What's a Board Foot?
A board foot, is 1 square foot of lumber at 1" thick.
1x4=0.33 board feet, 1x6=0.5 board feet
2x4=0.66 board feet 2x6=1 board foot
